 We source locally grown, sustainably produced and organic whenever possible ingredients for our from scratch gelato and sorbetti. We seek out only the best artisan chocolate, local organic nuts and fruit to bring you the most pure and authentic gelato direct from the Pacific Northwest.
Our milk and cream come from Fresh Breeze Dairy a local organic dairy that batch pasteurizes and takes special care to produce the best milk we've tasted anywhere. Locally raised organic eggs and organic sugar also add stellar flavor and quality to our recipes. Our gelato contains much less fat and sugar than commercial ice cream and with less air spun into gelato you get a creamy dense mouthfeel and burst of flavor unlike standard ice cream.
In addition to our ever growing number of gelato flavors we also make sorbetto from the most seasonal local fruit, artisan chocolate and even from some surprising ingredients like the always refreshing Lillet Blanc aperitif. Our farmers' market relationships yield us great, in season fruit straight from the farmers to your next pint or cup of Poco Carretto.
